Carol and Bill were absolutely amazing throughout our entire home buying process! I always knew that they were only a phone call or text away for any questions or issues I had. This was our first time purchasing a home and they took the time to explain everything to us in detail. I also felt like I was being advocated for the entire process. Where one is weaker the other one make up for the weak spot. Nancy was and is very strong in the paper work side of the team. Paul was very strong in knowing a lot about the houses and area. Coming from New Jersey, and not knowing much about Myrtle Beach my husband reached out to a friend who lived there, and he hooked us up with a friend of his who was a realtor. Lucky for us. This friend was Rob Conroy. From the first day, we spoke with Rob on the phone we knew that he was the realtor for us. We told him what we were looking for, and when we got off of the phone, he immediately started sending us homes to check out via email. The homes he sent to us to look at really piqued our interest, and we decided to take a trip to Myrtle Beach to see if this was really where we wanted to be. When we drove into Myrtle Beach and saw the welcome sign we both looked at each other and knew we were home. We met with Rob the very first day we were there. He showed us homes that afternoon, and continued to show us homes for the next week, until we found “the one”. Rob is a very professional real estate agent who listened to all of our wants and needs, and in the end got us what we were looking for. Rob went out of his way to make sure that every detail was taken care of in order for us to have a smooth transition. He went above and beyond what any Realtor would be expected to do. Rob is a great realtor, and now he is also our friend. We highly recommend Rob to anyone who is looking for a home.
