I have recently worked with Tanya Chmilewski as she represented buyers of a listing that I represented the seller on. Tanya was a pleasure to work with! She represented her buyers the best she could have. She was professional, thorough and had great communication with me throughout the process. Tanya was willing to do whatever was needed for her clients in order to make the deal happen. She submitted a clean and enticing offer that got my seller's attention. I highly recommend Tanya Chmilewski as she is a hardworking and trustworthy Realtor if you are looking to buy or sell!

Extremely helpful every step of the way, even when we had some questions she made sure to get back to us asap. She also helped point out some important details with the process and explained them clearly on what to expect. We would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell!

Nancy is professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. We have been pleased to have her help us on two occasions - purchasing, then years later selling our home. She was always open to our questions providing answers immediately and she is also compassionate about the situation for everyone involved. She has a great personality which makes anyone working with her comfortable with sharing any questions or concerns. Thank you, Nancy!!

Carol and Bill went beyond doing an outstanding job as our realtors with the sale of our home in Murrells Inlet SC. Their knowledge of the area and the process goes beyond book knowledge. It is based on their successful experience; the area, the laws, the market just to name a few. They became our partners through the entire process explaining everything and now we are forever friends. They are trustworthy and in it for YOU every step of the way not themselves. The best part is in the proof. Listed and sold our home in 5 hours!

While exploring communities in the area, searching for the right fit for us and our 2 large dogs, we saw Lynn walking her dog. We literally pulled over and began asking her questions about the community. It was at that point that she told us she was a realtor and she lived in the community that we loved! Kismet ✨ Obviously she became our realtor from that point forward. Lynn answered 100s of questions and worked with us to find the perfect home that met our needs and budget. We're now neighbors and are so grateful for her kindness and knowledge which led us to finding a home in a beautiful community!
