Lind was very responsive when a buyer wanted to view my property and always asked for feedback. Once I got a buyer she made herself available to show me property to buy.

My wife and I had been looking for a place for retirement in Myrtle Beach for about 3 years. We had a solid idea what we wanted, but had no idea how much we didn’t know. Through what I’m now convinced was divine intervention, we called the number to see one of Tanya’s listings. Signing an agreement to work with her was the best thing we could have done. Not only did Tanya perform all the normal duties at a very high standard, where she sets herself apart is how she goes above and beyond even the highest expectations. If I were to rate her on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her a 14 because of how much she did that was above and beyond. We did end up buying a new home, direct from the builder. To be honest, had we not met Tanya, we may not have used a buyers agent. After this I would never consider not using a buyers agent, and neither should you. Call Tanya first, you can always thank me later!

We just happened to stumble upon Bill and Carol Burchfield outside of real estate. Wow, were we lucky to do so. Working with Carol and Bill is like a breath of fresh air. Professional, courteous, and straight forward. We have bought and sold several houses with them and each time has been a pleasant experience. Carol is always proactive in checking on the process from the offer all the way through the signing. She stays on top of things night and day to ensure if anything pops up, she has it solved. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the area. She listens to what you need and want with your transaction and finds the best solution. As a matter of fact, when it came time to sell my parents home in Florida, Carol spent several hours on the phone, interviewing and finding us a Realtor in Florida to use for that transaction. Bill was a wealth of experience from his past career in finance as well as the many years of real estate. He stays on top of the trends and market news to provide his input on the numbers. Together they are like a well oiled machine. They are always available by phone and email, even when away from the office. Even with this last transaction, they went above and beyond. The afternoon before closing, we discovered that we had Covid. We were supposed to sign the next morning at 9am and it was already 4pm the day before. Carol and Bill found a Notary willing to assist and arranged for us to meet him. They picked up the paper work from the attorney and took it to the notary so that we could go straight there to sign before they closed. We then dropped off the paperwork in the slot of the lawyers office. Crisis averted. Not only do we respect them as Realtors but also as friends. I can't imagine anyone in Myrtle Beach or the surrounding areas using any other Realtors. Great job to them both!

I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime and Linda is the hardest working realtor I have ever met. She is a problem solver who has created a network of contacts she utilizes to resolve any issue in record time. Linda is professional, ethical, knowledgeable and uses all means of marketing available to promote the sale but for me her greatest strength is that she listens to her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
