Jackie was great throughout the whole process. She commissioned a video tour of the property that made the house look like an "after" shot on an HGTV show, then marketed the property so that hundreds of people walked through the house while it was on the market.

I lost my wife 3 years ago and have been lost since. When I finally made the decision to sell and move on, I really wasn't sure how to do that. Stephanie was great from the first call all the way to the end of the process. She made sure I was ready to start paring down my old life, and was very patient with my delaying of getting rid of stuff to get the house on the market. Her understanding, yet encouraging me to keep moving forward was a godsend. She made me feel like a friend who she could help through a tough transition rather than just another property to sell. I interviewed about 5 realtors before deciding on Greg as my agent to buy a house, and I truly feel he sets the standard for what a great realtor should be. Unlike most who seemed to only be interested in doing the showing and doing the paperwork, Greg was a real partner in helping me find and assess properties, jumping on several Zoom calls with me to discuss possibilities. He was extremely responsive by phone and text, always making himself available when I had questions or concerns. Anyone interested in real estate investing will be especially happy with Greg, who is knowledgeable and very helpful in running numbers and rental comps to see whether buying a property makes sense. Would͏ Never Use Anyone Else! We were not the easiest clients… We started the process of buying/selling over a year ago. I think we sent Stephanie close to 100,000 properties to research for us (give it take a few). We had a few different avenues that we were looking at which meant SO MANY QUESTIONS and possible alternatives. Stephanie was tenacious, patient with us, and answered all of our endless asks. The sale of our home went amazing! She was able to sell our home for higher than the other homes in the area and FAST! We were only on the market for 6 days! Much different from the last time we sold a home. Once we found the right property for us, the purchase was FAST! Very little back and forth and no drama. She knows the area, knows the inventory, and has aligned herself with some of the best players in the game (title, lender, home inspectors etc.). While we have no buying/selling plans projected for our future, if we do? Stephanie will be our first call… as well as who we highly recommend to friends and family for any of theirs. We cannot speak highly enough of her ability to get the job done and done right!
