We were not the easiest clients… We started the process of buying/selling over a year ago. I think we sent Stephanie close to 100,000 properties to research for us (give it take a few). We had a few different avenues that we were looking at which meant SO MANY QUESTIONS and possible alternatives. Stephanie was tenacious, patient with us, and answered all of our endless asks. The sale of our home went amazing! She was able to sell our home for higher than the other homes in the area and FAST! We were only on the market for 6 days! Much different from the last time we sold a home. Once we found the right property for us, the purchase was FAST! Very little back and forth and no drama. She knows the area, knows the inventory, and has aligned herself with some of the best players in the game (title, lender, home inspectors etc.). While we have no buying/selling plans projected for our future, if we do? Stephanie will be our first call… as well as who we highly recommend to friends and family for any of theirs. We cannot speak highly enough of her ability to get the job done and done right!

We choose Sabina to sell our long-term rental condominium. It was a very challenging process due to covid and having a tenant under contract that made things extremely difficult for us and potentially buyers. Sabina was very helpful in guiding us through the pitfalls and in the end we did a cash for keys with the tenant which allowed the unit to be shown. My wife and I feel she did an excellent job with marketing and informing potential buyers of the unique financing situation in this particular complex. During the close she bulldogged the lender, title company and other realtor (who was MIA during this process) to push this thing over the finish line. If she had been passive we might still be waiting due to all the excuses title had. We are very happy with our realtor choice.

My daughter and I met Lydia by chance while we were visiting open houses the Saturday before Mother's Day. Lydia was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and engaging from the beginning. She asked about our home buying/selling plans, what we were looking for in a home, and even took the time to talk with my daughter. Lydia wasn't too "salesy" or pushy which I really appreciated. Lydia followed up with me over the next few days and I felt comfortable continuing our home search with her. My husband, younger kids, and I met with Lydia to visit a few more homes. My husband and I are grateful on so many levels for Stephanie's help. She went over and above our expectations. She literally took care of everything for us. We were searching for a home in Carlsbad, CA. I actually moved from our home in Antelope to a hotel in San Marcos to help expedite the search. Homes were selling in 2 days ! Stephanie made the appointments for the contractors to come to our Antelope home to prepare it for sale. Even her husband, Jim, was also an instrumental part of our move. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Her designers did a beautiful job staging our home for its open house. When we moved to Carlsbad, she supervised the contractors in Antelope as they worked on our home. No problem was too small or too big. She gave us a peace of mind we needed because we were dealing with our own challenges in our new home. I can't put into words how grateful we were all that she took on for us. She was awesome !
