Sabina was amazing. After dealing with my father’s unexpected death and a home we needed to sell quickly, Sabina made things so much easier and less painful. We had difficult buyers, but Sabina dealt with each problem that arose quickly and effectively. While my experience with selling an inherited house wasn’t fun, it would’ve been so much worse without Sabina’s fantastic communication and guidance.

We choose Sabina to sell our long-term rental condominium. It was a very challenging process due to covid and having a tenant under contract that made things extremely difficult for us and potentially buyers. Sabina was very helpful in guiding us through the pitfalls and in the end we did a cash for keys with the tenant which allowed the unit to be shown. My wife and I feel she did an excellent job with marketing and informing potential buyers of the unique financing situation in this particular complex. During the close she bulldogged the lender, title company and other realtor (who was MIA during this process) to push this thing over the finish line. If she had been passive we might still be waiting due to all the excuses title had. We are very happy with our realtor choice.
