We choose Sabina to sell our long-term rental condominium. It was a very challenging process due to covid and having a tenant under contract that made things extremely difficult for us and potentially buyers. Sabina was very helpful in guiding us through the pitfalls and in the end we did a cash for keys with the tenant which allowed the unit to be shown. My wife and I feel she did an excellent job with marketing and informing potential buyers of the unique financing situation in this particular complex. During the close she bulldogged the lender, title company and other realtor (who was MIA during this process) to push this thing over the finish line.
