The͏ right agent at the right time First off let me say Stephanie is very professional and knows her stuff. That being said, she was an angel sent from above. I lost my wife 3 years ago and have been lost since. When I finally made the decision to sell and move on, I really wasn't sure how to do that. Stephanie was great from the first call all the way to the end of the process. She made sure I was ready to start paring down my old life, and was very patient with my delaying of getting rid of stuff to get the house on the market. Her understanding, yet encouraging me to keep moving forward was a godsend. She made me feel like a friend who she could help through a tough transition rather than just another property to sell. Whenever I had questions, she was just a phone call or email away. She was great about having all the answers I needed and even some foresight into the questions I didn't know I had yet. Once I was ready to get on the market, she came in and let me know what I needed to fix to get the best showing possible. She took care of the staging to make things look great. I went from being completely lost, to feeling like I was making all the right decisions. I am so thankful for Stephanie's knowledge of the real estate market as well as her understanding of people.
