There͏ was a bit of luck but mostly it was Jackie's skills that sold the house. The house went on the market just as the Feds decided raise interest rates to put the brakes on the market to tame inflation. There were numerous competitive homes for sale in the $2 million range in Placer county. Our place was in a secluded location on 5 acres of a combination of managed and natural landscaping and a luxury home that had been newly rebuilt. Jackie saw the potential and immediately offered to have the home staged, advertise it privately and show it personally. Her Blue Wave team assisted with the huge job of prepping of the house for showing and giving moral support to me when the task/deadline seemed overwhelming. Jackie is perceptive.
