Brian helped our family navigate the sale of the family residence during a very difficult time. He was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable regaring the real estate market fluctuations and rising interest rates. The sale of the family home involved challenging decesions about what repairs were warranted and how to execute swiftly. Brian's experience in selling in our area was evident and I for one appreciated his transparent approach. Other agents we talked to wanted to list the home at an inflated price just to get the listing. I appreciated Brian's honesty. During the property preparation and listing phase, Brian was in constant contact with our family and his conferences with out-of-town family memebers on Zoom greatly enhanced our ability to facilitate the sale.
