Cheryl and Jim helped us sell grandma’s house. It was a super hard thing for her, but they treated her like family, and made the whole process a relief. We were so busy and they took care of everything, most of all grandma. If you’re looking for someone who has great historical knowledge of the area, the market, and the million other little things that go along with selling or buying a new place; you have found them. Sarah was the agent that sold my previous home and buy the home I currently live in. My old home was not fancy, and I thought nobody would want it because of that. I didn’t have high expectations for good offers. Sarah worked diligently to get us and the house ready, and we had a great offer within a few days!!!!
