Jackie also put a tremendous amount of effort into marketing the property. She hired an excellent photographer who produced spectacular photos and videos that showcased the home beautifully. She sent out postcards, canvassed the neighborhood and placed open house notices on doors throughout the community, and sent email blasts to agents across California. I really appreciated how proactive and thorough she was in getting the property as much exposure as possible. Throughout the entire process, Jackie was responsive, professional, organized, and easy to work with. Selling a home remotely could have been stressful, but she made everything feel seamless.
