Made Selling My Home Easy and Stress-Free
Jackie made the entire process of selling my home incredibly easy and stress-free. Because I had already moved out of the area, communication was especially important to me, and she consistently kept me updated so I always knew exactly what was happening. She has excellent knowledge of the local market and stayed on top of changing market conditions throughout the listing and sale process. I appreciated that she kept me informed about what was happening in the market and helped me understand how those changes could affect the sale of my home. Jackie also put a tremendous amount of effort into marketing the property. She hired an excellent photographer who produced spectacular photos and videos that showcased the home beautifully. She sent out postcards, canvassed the neighborhood and placed open house notices on doors throughout the community, and sent email blasts to agents across California. I really appreciated how proactive and thorough she was in getting the property as much exposure as possible. Throughout the entire process, Jackie was responsive, professional, organized, and easy to work with. Selling a home remotely could have been stressful, but she made everything feel seamless. I’m very grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her.
