If communication is important to you (and it should be), hire Melissa. I required a contingency deal, working with 2 other agents and a particular buyer could've gone awry at anytime, Melissa handled it with the greatest of ease. When I didn't understand some paperwork she would break it down line by line. Not to mention the help she found when I needed repairs, quotes and testing done.
