From the first introduction phone call with Cindy to today, she has been easy to talk to, she listens and understands what I wanted. She kept me up to date with every step of the way. She researched for me what I needed to know. This was very important because I was a first time buyer buying a home in a different state than I loved in. Every step through the process was different from what I expected and had experienced. She is exceptional with her professional and caring characteristics. She is now someone I am proud to know, trust and respect. A great friend.
