My husband and I have worked with Melissa on a few of our transactions over the past 5 years ... we purchased a home, land, sold land and purchased land again. Melissa has been an outstanding resource for us! Hands down, one of the most responsive agents we've worked with - always willing to go out of her way to help us get the job done. We recently sold a piece of land, and she did a terrific job with the MLS posting. Land is not the easiest thing to sell but she went above and beyond with a videographer to really show the property off. She made is stand out and it sold quickly! We would recommend Melissa to anyone in the market!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Cindy Powell when purchasing an investment property. From day 1, Cindy was extremely responsive and had a ton of patience. All throughout the negotiations and closing Cindy was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen (and there were a few), Cindy went above and beyond! We would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Cindy was wonderful to work with. She went through homes with us one by one and was very patient with us and allowed us as much time as we needed to make our own choices. She even said to us “you should feel it in your heart” and that defiantly hit a spot with both of us because our final choice we did feel it in our heart. Cindy was very helpful and always helped us find the answers to our questions and even an inspector last minute when we needed one most. She was willing to travel way out of her way to help us look at many different homes. Before we found the one. Cindy was always bright happy and always ready to jump to tend to what ever Jason and I needed! She always had a bright gleaming smile that was an instant mood changer if you were having a bad day watch out that smile will put one on your face too. Her happiness was contagious and that really made the experience. She was very informative and is a great pick for a first home buyer! Jason and I will defiantly be coming back if we have a future home need! Thank you Cindy we appreciate having the opportunity to share our home buying experience with you!

Melissa hands down is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure to work with. Melissa is very thorough in her due diligence for her clients, honest, transparent, and always has a smile. Melissa was always willing to go above and beyond for me and I felt very comfortable and informed through the whole process. She did such an outstanding job my wife and I bought 4 properties with her through the course of 2 years as investors. We never thought of using anyone else. If you are an investor, seller, or buyer I would highly recommend Melissa Greenwood for all your real estate goals!

Melissa outlined a market analysis for our area before listing the home. She explained all forms we signed for the sales contract. She then handled every aspect of the sales process. She even lined up septic replacement for us. This was my first property sale and she made the sale easy for me. Thank you!

Melissa was in constant communication during our whole process. It was our first time selling a property and she helped make it as easy as possible. Melissa was always after our best interest at heart and went above and beyond to help us. In the end we got a full cash offer! I would absolutely recommend using Melissa for all your realtor needs.

During the 2021 housing crisis, my fiancé and I began searching for homes in and around androscoggin county. What an interesting time to buy! Many offers, many home viewings, and some pretty tough defeats… However, we chose the best realtor around. Melissa has seriously been so much help during this journey! Constant faith, positive energy, a willingness to view homes around our schedules, a shoulder to cry on when things are hard, and the most patient human on the planet! I am beyond blessed to have met Melissa, and so so thankful that we found the perfect home 🥰 thank you!

From the start, Melissa was knowledgeable, helpful proactive and enthusiastic to help in the sale of our house. She gave us solid guidance including asking price and what needed to be done to the house to put us in the best position. Her guidance through the negotiation process and after we accepted an offer was invaluable. I was very pleased with her work all the way though the closing table. I will definitely use her again and recommend her to family and friends!

Best Agent Around! I have sold 2 houses and bought 3 with the help of Steve Brackett! He will do whatever needs to be done to get a house sold or to find the right house for his buyers. Steve answered my endless questions about the buying and selling process and is well connected with others who made the process easy. It is always a pleasure to work with Steve. I highly recommend him as an agent if you are in the market for a new home.
