Melissa went above and beyond helping me find the perfect home for me. She not only took me to houses, but would walk through them with me helping me to process what it would be like to live in that home. Frequently we would discuss things like bring in groceries, doing laundry, or furniture layout to make a space comfortable and best to live in. Through all of this she was friendly, supportive, and most importantly wanted me to find the right place for me no matter how many houses we needed to look at or how many offers needed to be written. On the business side fo the transaction she is efficient, timely, and on top of it. She would text, call, or email me when needed so that we could keep everything on schedule. Without a doubt I would reccomend her to help find your new home.

She was helpful, insightful and a hard worker. Very knowledgeable of the industry and was able to clearly explain and questions I had with the process. Whenever there was an issue that came up she was always on top of it, and things were resolved in a timely manner. She was always on time, and was very patient with me as I was looking at different properties. I never felt forced to put an offer on anything. She always answered my calls and messages in a timely manner, I never had to wait for a response. When I finally found a home she as great during the negotiation process, and was able to get me to close on the home super fast! Anytime something came up, I was confident we would have an answer that day. Cindy was great, I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for buying/selling a home.

If communication is important to you (and it should be), hire Melissa. I required a contingency deal, working with 2 other agents and a particular buyer could've gone awry at anytime, Melissa handled it with the greatest of ease. When I didn't understand some paperwork she would break it down line by line. Not to mention the help she found when I needed repairs, quotes and testing done. Now I'm going to go back to sipping coffee in my quiet new house, which was always the goal. Thank you
