Kim Kettler represented us as the buyer's agent for the purchase of our lake home in the Alexandria area. I had not met Kim prior to calling to inquire about the home and I was impressed with her from the very first phone call. I was not very familiar with the Alexandria area and she took the time to tell me all about the community and the lake the property was located on. As the listing agent, she was very knowledgeable about the property and spent considerable time showing us the home and answering all our questions. The market was very competitive, and despite multiple offers on the property, Kim worked her magic to get our offer accepted. Communication was excellent from my initial phone call to inquire about the property all the way through the closing. We have purchased several properties over the years and we have never had an agent that provided the level of service that Kim did. I wish 10 stars were an option because she deserves 10 stars!
