Terri was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. She was always there to lend us positive reinforcement when we needed a little boost during the selling process. Her staging background and items she brought into the home to help make it look its very best for showings is just an added bonus to working with her. I do believe her marketing approach and diligence in getting the home out for viewing in multiple ways helped us sell our home more quickly than others in the surrounding area. Kim Kettler represented us as the buyer's agent for the purchase of our lake home in the Alexandria area. I had not met Kim prior to calling to inquire about the home and I was impressed with her from the very first phone call. I was not very familiar with the Alexandria area and she took the time to tell me all about the community and the lake the property was located on. As the listing agent, she was very knowledgeable about the property and spent considerable time showing us the home and answering all our questions. The market was very competitive, and despite multiple offers on the property, Kim worked her magic to get our offer accepted. Communication was excellent from my initial phone call to inquire about the property all the way through the closing. We have purchased several properties over the years and we have never had an agent that provided the level of service that Kim did. I wish 10 stars were an option because she deserves 10 stars!

Kim was an amazing find for us! My husband and I moved to Minnesota in May, 2022. We were staying with family in the Wadena area, and started looking for homes to buy in June. We had spoken with two other realtors before we found Kim but we snatched her up as soon as we found her! We told her what we were looking for and right away set us up with several houses to look at. She was speedy and efficient with responding and setting us up with showings which was extremely helpful as we were racing against the rise of the interest rates. We ended up looking for homes closer to the Brainerd area (which is where we bought our home) and she didn't even bat an eye when she had to drive over an hour each way just to show us the homes. We were so grateful for the courteous and professional help we got, and the quick response times with communication and setting up the showings, as I was about 9 months pregnant and looking to settle down quickly before baby came! She even occupied our 'busy-as-can-be' toddler while doing our walkthroughs and inspection appointment, which was both entertaining and thoughtful. Kim was such a blessing for our family. Hurry and snatch her up before she is too busy!!
