It all started with a house on a hill, my wife and I were just "kicking the tires" and needed a realtor to help us look at an eclectic property. Jane was more than willing to entertain us, answer questions, and highlight the good and bad with the the home on the hill. Even though we didn't move forward with the initial home we looked at, she came to our (at the time) current home and walked through the place to give us an idea where we'd land if we decided to sell and move. Over the course of a month or two, we'd find a place we wanted to look at, and she'd happily drive from the opposite side of the twin cities to show us around. We eventually found a new development and fell in love with a floor plan we viewed in person, and the rest is history! She brought in an expert to help us stage and declutter our home so as to help us "put our best foot forward" with our old home. When our listing day came, she handled all communication with potential buyers and their agents, keeping us in the loop with feedback, comments and remarks.
