We were in need of a realtor who was knowledgeable in our area and could help us sell our house extremely fast. Our dream home came on the market when we hadn't even been looking for a new home. We bought it, but then had to immediately work on selling our current home. We were overwhelmed, but Terri guided us through the process with her calm and positive approach. She gave us excellent advice on preparing our home for the market, and helped us stage it beautifully. She created an amazing listing with gorgeous pictures. Our home sold within five days of being on the market, above our asking price, which is very impressive. This allowed us to pay off the bridge loan we had obtained to buy our new home and thus save thousands of dollars. Also, our house sold before we left on a month long overseas trip and saved us the stress of having to negotiate a sale of our home while overseas. She was exactly the realtor we needed, smart, knowledgeable, hard working, supportive and cheerleader/therapist when we were feeling it was all impossible. She was absolutely great.

My family worked with Terri to sell my mother’s home after she had moved into Assisted Living. Considering all the crazy hurdles she had to jump over and thru to satisfy the needs and requests of both the buyer and my elderly mother, Terri would no doubt qualify for the Olympic track team. However, I hope she sticks with being a realtor, because she earned a gold medal from our family and we will no doubt use her services again in the future. 😁

A week before closing, the county lost an entire set of documents needed for closing. The bank suddenly found an usecured loan taken out almost 10 years ago that had never been activated. Our experience working with Jeff was excellent! This is our first home, and we came into it pretty unsure of how everything works and the steps involved. Jeff took the time to educate us and helped us know what the right questions were to ask. He was also very honest about the good/bad/ugly of the houses we looked at. He doesn't just do the quick sale on the first place you look at. He will not put you in a house that won't serve you well. He has a good eye for quality and helps you see the big picture. Having never owned a home and entering a sellers market was very nerve racking. I was referred to Sarah Carlson by our mortgage broker. From the jump Sarah insured me that she would make the process easy. Being a FHA buyer I was informed we have a 10% offer acceptance rate. Sarah was fast to show us homes. Provided us with information about each home, what will and will not pass FHA qualifiers. She was a pros pro. We placed our first offer, accepted. Some items came up on the disclosure Sarah informed us and helped us make a choice to walk way. Unreal, didn't force us into a bad deal. A week later we found our dream home. 1st offer accepted. Sarah took tons of time out of her personal schedule to allow us to make modifications to the home so it passed inspection. She was a true blessing for us. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone buying a home
