Kim was an amazing find for us! My husband and I moved to Minnesota in May, 2022. We were staying with family in the Wadena area, and started looking for homes to buy in June. We had spoken with two other realtors before we found Kim but we snatched her up as soon as we found her! We told her what we were looking for and right away set us up with several houses to look at. She was speedy and efficient with responding and setting us up with showings which was extremely helpful as we were racing against the rise of the interest rates. We ended up looking for homes closer to the Brainerd area (which is where we bought our home) and she didn't even bat an eye when she had to drive over an hour each way just to show us the homes. We were so grateful for the courteous and professional help we got, and the quick response times with communication and setting up the showings, as I was about 9 months pregnant and looking to settle down quickly before baby came! She even occupied our 'busy-as-can-be' toddler while doing our walkthroughs and inspection appointment, which was both entertaining and thoughtful. Kim was such a blessing for our family. Hurry and snatch her up before she is too busy!!

We were in need of a realtor who was knowledgeable in our area and could help us sell our house extremely fast. Our dream home came on the market when we hadn't even been looking for a new home. We bought it, but then had to immediately work on selling our current home. We were overwhelmed, but Terri guided us through the process with her calm and positive approach. She gave us excellent advice on preparing our home for the market, and helped us stage it beautifully. She created an amazing listing with gorgeous pictures. Our home sold within five days of being on the market, above our asking price, which is very impressive. This allowed us to pay off the bridge loan we had obtained to buy our new home and thus save thousands of dollars. Also, our house sold before we left on a month long overseas trip and saved us the stress of having to negotiate a sale of our home while overseas. My family worked with Terri to sell my mother’s home after she had moved into Assisted Living. Considering all the crazy hurdles she had to jump over and thru to satisfy the needs and requests of both the buyer and my elderly mother, Terri would no doubt qualify for the Olympic track team. A week before closing, the county lost an entire set of documents needed for closing. The bank suddenly found an usecured loan taken out almost 10 years ago that had never been activated.
