Logan was great to work with! As first time home buyers, it can be tough to navigate your way through all the new experiences, and that’s where Logan stepped in. His knowledge of the entire process from initial touring to the PA and all the way to close was fantastic. Highly recommend him to anyone seeking a highly professional, yet personable agent! Thanks Logan!

Sarah is very easy to work with. She helps in any way she can & she is quick to return calls. She is very knowledgeable & you know she is there for you & working FOR you. She helped me find a painter & flooring company to finish off my townhome. They were quick to get on site & take care of the job. The Title company she works with was also great. People were very nice & knowledgeable, as well. Sarah was a referral to me & I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She's a 10!

Sarah is a very experienced and knowledgeable agent. We have used Sarah to sell two of our homes and also buy one as well now and she covered every base to make sure we were well taken care of - from making sure our home was staged to sell to having someone take professional photos so our listing would attract the most buyers. She didn't miss a detail. Having said that, I think the best thing about Sarah is that she truly cares about the people she is helping and wants to make sure your experience has as little stress as possible. She also communicated extremely well and answered any question we had even when it might have been inconvenient for her. Overall, we couldn't have had a better experience with Sarah and we would recommend her highly to help anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home!

When we met Sarah, we had no idea who she was. By the time she sold our first house we no longer felt like customers because she never treated us like that’s what we were - she treated us like friends that she was totally invested in doing her best for. There was no question of who we would use when we sold the next house and our experience was the same. We drug her from house to house while searching for a new one and she always fit us into her busy schedule without making us feel like we were imposing on her time. I can not more highly recommend Sarah. We have sent friends to her and she treated them exactly as she treated us AND sold their homes each and every time.

Jeff helped us buy our first house, and we are so thankful! Throughout this process, he helped us navigate a scary market as first time buyers by answering our many questions. Jeff put a ton of time and care into helping us find a house that was a good fit for us. Evenings, weekends, whatever it took! Personally, what we appreciated the most about working with Jeff is that we could always trust him to have our best interest in mind, not just closing a deal. Jeff cares a lot about accuracy--he's careful that he doesn't oversell or sugarcoat just to move things along. At the end of the process, we are so thankful for our new home!

Melissa is a great realtor. She is very Helpful, Responsive, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Professional. In fact, she is the best of all realtors! She understands the local housing market very well. Melissa was always available at any time of the day to take us to see a home. When we started looking for a home in 2021, the market was so tough. We talked to Melissa about our plans to take a break, and she was so understanding and supportive. Later in March 2022, we decided to start looking again, we rang her up about getting back in the market and she was indeed ready. She was always available and ready to help with great advice. Many days we got frustrated and she would tell us "I will find you guys a great home that you will love". She went beyond her job description by encouraging us and pushing us not to give up on the process. Melissa is also a great communicator with integrity and is very honest. She will call, text, and keep up us to date with every single piece of information about the process. She was never late on writing an offer, and she would always send us a copy and called us to explain everything about the process. It was a great excitement for my wife and me when Melissa called us with the good news of "Offer Accepted!" We celebrated together and Melissa kept us in the loop of each and every step to the final day of closing. She was such a Blessing! With her guidance, the process was stress-free with no headaches. I wished I could say more.... but if you are reading this, just know that Melissa is a great realtor to work with. You will have no regrets. She will lead you in the right direction and make sure you get your dream home! Melissa, thank you so much for helping us find a home, we couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out, especially during these difficult times.

Melissa was very flexible with her time with us and always made our times work for her. She was extremely responsive with all of our questions and concerns. She really did make selling our house stress free. Melissa also gave us good advice when it came down to accepting an offer. It was a great pleasure and an enjoyable experience working with Melissa. I would definitely recommend using Melissa for the sale of your house as she is very knowledgeable and personable. I know you will enjoy working with Melissa.
