This was my first time selling a house and it wasn't that bad. I believe this was the case because David was on top of everything. Aside from requested repairs from the buyers I really didn't have to do much since David took care of the rest. David was available at all times and even took time out of his vacation to answer some questions I had. I cannot stress how much he helped in this process and I plan on utilizing his skills again in the future.
