Lisa Longest went above and beyond with her knowledge, professionalism, kindness and patience in the sale of my beloved home. I didn't make it easy for her as my emotions run very high. She understood and was very caring as well as professional. Like a good friend would be. I can't thank her enough.

Petra is honest, very knowledgeable about staging and prepping a home for sale and is so market savvy. With gentle delivery, she protects you from your own inflated views of your home, expertly steers you to the right answer and simply will not compromise her integrity to make a sale. She will do what you ask of her but not without offering the proper advice. She is by far the best agent I have worked with and my home sold in four days for exactly what I was asking and settled in thirty days. You would do well to hire her.

Petra was a joy to work with throughout my journey to homeownership! She educated me along the way by keeping me informed of the process, answering all questions anytime, and somehow getting me in to see homes that weren't on the market quite yet to the reality of getting outbid by a better offer. Most importantly, I always felt like I was her only client! I highly recommend her for a seamless and enjoyable process!

I have used Lisa two times for sales of my property and my immediate family has used her for an additional sale of property. The two times Lisa sold my properties I had unusual circumstances. One was a building lot with no improvements and one was an inherited home with people who had passed away who were still on the deed. She muddled through the process and worked at my speed, was patient with me. We sold the home the first week it was on the market and received our asking price. I am and my family was totally pleased with her service.

Experience Petra was a gem to work with. She was always respondent and concerned with our needs. She helped us through some last minute issues that demonstrated her knowledge of the real estate industry. I would highly recommend her as your agent.

Lisa is a phenomenal person/realtor! She went above and beyond to help us purchase our home. She was there from beginning to end, asked the questions we forgot and made sure everything ran smoothly. She is someone who cares about her clients. We are very lucky to have had her through this process not once but twice!
