Julia is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with: she treats you like family, consistently goes above and beyond to get you exactly what you want at the BEST price, and is trustworthy and honest. She helped me find the PERFECT home in a new city, even going to some showings for me that I couldn't attend in person (and showing me through face time). I was constantly impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and availability. She helped me through some issues even a month after I closed on my house - she was always the one person I knew I could trust and she makes you feel like you are her most important client at all times. I really can't say enough good things about Julia Stevens, and I wouldn't trust such an important decision as buying a house with anyone else. If you have the chance to work with her, do it - she will take care of you!

Both times he was an excellent realtor and is knowledgeable, responsive, low key and easy to work with. With gentle delivery, she protects you from your own inflated views of your home, expertly steers you to the right answer and simply will not compromise her integrity to make a sale. She will do what you ask of her but not without offering the proper advice. She is by far the best agent I have worked with and my home sold in four days for exactly what I was asking and settled in thirty days. You would do well to hire her.
