Petra is honest, very knowledgeable about staging and prepping a home for sale and is so market savvy. With gentle delivery, she protects you from your own inflated views of your home, expertly steers you to the right answer and simply will not compromise her integrity to make a sale. She will do what you ask of her but not without offering the proper advice. She is by far the best agent I have worked with and my home sold in four days for exactly what I was asking and settled in thirty days. You would do well to hire her.

Petra was a joy to work with throughout my journey to homeownership! I have used Lisa two times for sales of my property and my immediate family has used her for an additional sale of property. The two times Lisa sold my properties I had unusual circumstances. One was a building lot with no improvements and one was an inherited home with people who had passed away who were still on the deed. She muddled through the process and worked at my speed, was patient with me. We sold the home the first week it was on the market and received our asking price. I am and my family was totally pleased with her service.

If you need a REALTOR in Southern Maryland, Vincent Payne is your man! Thanks to Vince, we were able to sell a six-acre parcel in rural Croom (Prince George’s Co.) for our full asking price!
