Working with Julia was a pleasure! We had been discussing selling our condo for a few months and after seeing a condo like ours down the block sell within a week of being listed we decided to reach out to Julia to ask a few questions since we’re first time sellers. Julia took the time to answer all of our questions and once we decided to move forward, she was quick to get everything set up for us while also working with our crazy work schedules. She had a professional photographer come and take pictures that set our house apart from the others out there. She also set up a themed open house the first weekend our condo was listed, which drew in over 30 people. By the end of the weekend we had accepted an offer on our home!
