Julia did an outstanding job in helping me sell and buy a new home. She made the process super easy, kept everything on track and went above and beyond to make the experience stress free for me. From discussing potentially listing my house, to selling my house (in record time), presenting the winning contract on the home I wanted (against 9 other offers), to closing on both homes on the same day (and helping with my move). She is literally the best!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Petra Quinn and her entire team. We were fortunate to find a realtor and broker who is not only knowledgeable, but is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that her clients find the home of their dreams. It was an excellent experience. Petra was willing to schedule numerous visits after work hours and on weekends, describe the details of each home with precise specificity, and listen intently about what we were looking for in a home. What was most impressive was her patience when we shifted our preferences over time. The number of miles she drove to provide tours of about two dozen homes is incredible. Finally, we were lucky to find someone punctual, organized, polite and professional, but still warm with a great sense of humor. We highly recommend working with Petra--only providing five stars because there's no option to provide more!

We were extremely pleased with Julia. She wanted to know about us, what we could afford and what we wanted so she could find a property that best suited us. She took that information and conscientiously and zealously applied it to find the right property. With her help, we found exactly what we wanted and she made the process very easy. She provided updates and information promptly. No details were overlooked. Thank you Julia Stevens.

We want to thank Julia for making the sale of our condo and boat slip so easy. She made sure that our place was clean and staged to perfection and helped us coordinate our sale while we were living 1000 miles away. While our deal hit some bumps in the road, Julia deftly managed to assist both parties so that closing occurred within our desired timeframe. She is sharp, articulate, and innovative when dealing with unexpected issues. We highly recommend Julia Steven’s if you need to sell your home.

Petra Quinn was my Realty Navigator broker who helped me purchase my new house. She was very patient through the process, as I had a bucket list of what I wanted. Petra showed me many houses and shared her years of experience as to what could be done differently in each house. She is an outstanding broker and I would highly recommend her!! Thank you Petra for helping me find my home.

Petra is extremely knowledgeable not just about the broader real estate market but about all the specifics of the local area and culture. She is smart and quick and easy to work with. She helped us buy a home and made it easy for us as first time homebuyers. She was able to provide good advice and we leveraged her experience multiple times in the process when we had questions. Between Petra herself and her extensive list of contacts in the business, she can handle anything and everything real estate related for you!

Petra was wonderful to work with! She kept track everything and had a contact for just about everything we needed. When our house was in disarray during the final walkthrough, she contacted cleaners and had the house fully deep cleaned prior to our move in! She made our first time home buying experience a breeze!

We had to make a painful decision to sell my mom's house to help pay for her continued medical care. Having a house near the water was always a dream for mom, so deciding to sell was gut wrenching. When we decided to move forward, Lisa was a breath of fresh air. She made the whole process painless. She was always available to answer any questions and gave us great advice on how to prepare the house for sale. In the end, we got several offers within a few days of listing and we got what we wanted for the place. Her knowledge of the area and the market made her a valuable asset from start to finish. If you want a great agent, look no further!
