We started our home search with a different realtor with little drive to help us find a home. After speaking with Beth once on the phone myself and my fiancé knew we had to make the switch to the Ackerman Team. It was a night and day difference, Beth was so responsive and so helpful in the entire process, she would answer phone calls at all hours, send us new home searches dozens of times daily and was just a genuine delight to work with. We are so lucky we found her and anyone that considers buying a home in the Tampa Bay area should use her without consideration, she is the best!!!

Renee is the best realtor I have ever worked with! She listened to what I really wanted and needed in a home and found so many great options. She let me look at all of them and took our time to decide! She helped me with the purchasing process and was the best support I could ask for! I love my home and couldn’t be happier

Paula worked with us for over 6 years. Most agents would have thought we were just wasting thier time but she was hard working and diligent throughout these many years. She really cared that we found a home we would love and not just to make a sale. We are grateful for her time, her knowledge and positive attitude.

We were very impressed with Jason. He was professional. He answered all our questions in a timely fashion. He was always early for our meetings, and made buying our condo an easy experience. He also sent me new listings every couple of days.

Nicole is an absolute Rockstar! She consistently went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire home-buying process. She was extremely patient and accessible no matter how often I would change my mind about what I needed in a home. Her knowledge of not just the area but also market trends and overall home buying do's and don'ts cannot be overstated. I would 100% recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!

Beth Ann is the hardest working and most honest realtor out there. She helped me with the purchase of my current home. She went above and beyond to get the sale through. I honestly felt like the seller's agent should not have received his half since she did most of the work. So it was no surprise that when I was ready to sell a rental property she is who I wanted to do the job. Excellent communication and marketing, and the home was sold quickly. Thank you!!

My agent was Brittany Bates. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. She made selling our house a breeze. She was kind but aggressive if she need to be. I’ve sold a few homes and by far Brittany was the best agent I’ve ever used.

Nicole was awesome. She helped make a stressful situation selling my mom’s house smooth & painless. There was a lot that I didn’t know about the house & we figured things out along the way. I highly recommend her!

Cameran is an absolute ace in customer service. We had issues with the condo not being as advertised. She negotiated a settlement with the seller's agent and we completed the sale. She provided tradesmen's names for needed repairs and she is tireless in providing information promptly which makes the process so much easier. Cameran responds quickly with accurate information. She is our go to person if we buy or sell in this area! We are from another state and to help us view the properties with questions that arose from other sources and then e-mailed us the videos. So helpful and always don in a professional and pleasing manner. She is simply the best.
