Trey is a local of St Pete. He not only knows the area well but he priced the sale of my house comparatively and competitively among the other homes around the area. He also provided us with personnel to fix and improve things around the house to make the sale more profitable. We had a contract on the 3rd day of being on the market. He is highly recommended.

Cameran is the best! My husband and I were ready to sell the home that we were in for 25 years and raised our boys in, but were extremely scared of the process! I have bought and sold 2 homes with Cameran. I usually do not write online reviews but must let prospective buyers and sellers know about this consummate professional. Cameran thoroughly knows her business and the local market nuances. She was always available by text or phone and was amazingly quick and flexible when my wife and I wanted to get into a property during our search. During the sales process with our last home she was able to put out "fires" that inevitably come up between buyer and seller during the normal home buying or selling process; always acting as the calm business like professional that "buffers" buyer and seller. Little problems can quickly flare and blow up an entire deal but Cameran will get your deal to closing like no other because her strength lies in her ability to diplomatically resolve what may arise during the process be it appraisal issues, misunderstandings between buyer and seller, and mortgage issues. She is truly a jack of all trades in that there is not a problem she has not overcome in this business.
