Donna made the entire process seamless and did most of the heavy lifting herself. Not only did she do numerous walk throughs and video conferences, but she addressed all of our concerns directly with the seller. We were in the process of selling our home while buying the new one and Donna was able to keep track of both transactions. She maintained contact with all parties concerned, made sure all documentation on both sides was in order, and met us on the day we arrived with a house warming gift.

This was such a stressful time for me and Donna made it so much less stressful. Her knowledge about everything was unbelievable. She did such a great job negotiating, there were 18 offers on my home that I purchased. I have instant equity of 20k in the house already. I moved in on June 13,2021 and I am truly loving it. While researching for our new home in Florida our search began with a different realtor. This realtor seemed to work very hard to satisfy our interests but never really listened to our needs and seemed to get frustrated when she couldn’t fulfill them. We were flying down here from New Jersey twice a month not quite finding what we wanted. We were introduced to Donna by a family member and within two weeks we were being shown homes in our budget and fit our criteria. She really did her best right from the start to carefully listen to our needs and didn’t waste our time sending us listings to review that weren’t a match. When we found our new home we made our offer and went under contract. Once again she was on task and promptly processed all the necessary documents. During the closing preparation the title company chosen by the sellers agent was a nightmare. Issues with name spellings and delays were becoming a real problem. One call to Donna and she was on it. We really felt secure that the transaction was being handled by a professional that new their business and more importantly had our best interest at heart. If you’re looking for an agent to buy or sell a home Donna is the best. I wish I could’ve used her to sell m home in New Jersey. Mark j.

Having worked with other buying agents in the past who did a fine job showing us homes, Jason proved to be exceptionally helpful for us beyond the baseline of just "fine".
