When I say that Donna went above and beyond for us is the biggest understatement ever. During our home buying process, she became more than a realtor to us, she became a friend. She made it her personal mission to get us the home of our dreams and I don't think I will ever be able to thank her enough. There was a snag in our process and she was ON IT. Having worked with other buying agents in the past who did a fine job showing us homes, Jason proved to be exceptionally helpful for us beyond the baseline of just "fine". The market had been very competitive and Jason continued to go out of his way to help locate properties to meet our criteria and didn't hesitate to check them out for us on short notice. And with my wife and I being out-of-town buyers, Jason's local knowledge brought us great value to consider areas or properties we had not otherwise thought of. We trusted Jason to offer on a house based on his viewing and feedback, as we developed great trust in his eye for detail and understanding of our taste and values. Ultimately when it was time to offer, Jason helped us negotiate a FANTASTIC deal on the property we wanted (amazingly in a competitive market), and just as importantly, helped us walk away from what was not right for us.
