So I met Nicole through a forum and from the start she was so helpful. I am a new investor and she didn't mind at all, she showed me a few houses around town and advised me if they were good deals or not. Eventually, she introduced me to a wholesaler and I purchased the property through them. She helped me every step of the way, she gave me her contacts, she calmed my nerves, and was always available for me. When it came time to sell the house, we listed it for more than I was expecting, we negotiated good terms and helped me by making the house so cute on the inside and outside. She really went above and beyond and I would recommend her to everyone I know. She deserves this award no doubt!

After finding a house, the closing was delayed due to the house going into probate for the sellers were hiding some grave things and we tried to be patient but more and more lies from the sellers and their realtor, we were tied in a contract that we MUST get out of. We were stuck with everything in storage and needed to find a house asap. She demanded to get us out of the contract and she made a huge stand for us. Finally, after 1 DAY, we found the perfect house. Actually, better than the first one. My wife and I couldn't be happier. She is a great realtor that jumps over obstacles, makes a stand for you, and the searches set up for us, found our perfect place to call home. I don't know where we would be without this awesome person/friend. She jumps over the moon basically for you to ensure you are happy and find the perfect home for all.

Donna made the entire process seamless and did most of the heavy lifting herself. Not only did she do numerous walk throughs and video conferences, but she addressed all of our concerns directly with the seller. We were in the process of selling our home while buying the new one and Donna was able to keep track of both transactions. While researching for our new home in Florida our search began with a different realtor. This realtor seemed to work very hard to satisfy our interests but never really listened to our needs and seemed to get frustrated when she couldn’t fulfill them. We were flying down here from New Jersey twice a month not quite finding what we wanted. We were introduced to Donna by a family member and within two weeks we were being shown homes in our budget and fit our criteria. She really did her best right from the start to carefully listen to our needs and didn’t waste our time sending us listings to review that weren’t a match. When we found our new home we made our offer and went under contract. Once again she was on task and promptly processed all the necessary documents. During the closing preparation the title company chosen by the sellers agent was a nightmare. Issues with name spellings and delays were becoming a real problem. One call to Donna and she was on it. We really felt secure that the transaction was being handled by a professional that new their business and more importantly had our best interest at heart. If you’re looking for an agent to buy or sell a home Donna is the best. I wish I could’ve used her to sell m home in New Jersey. Mark j.
