It was a great experience working with Cameran. She is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and easy to do business with. Cameran listened and found suitable homes based on my criteria. She was proactive in that she had constantly her eye on the market and notified me, either by e-mail, text, or phone call, when a home, meeting my criteria, became available. When I found a home based on my research, Cameron promptly reached out to the owners or managing realtor to set up an appointment for me to walk through the home. So I met Nicole through a forum and from the start she was so helpful. I am a new investor and she didn't mind at all, she showed me a few houses around town and advised me if they were good deals or not. Eventually, she introduced me to a wholesaler and I purchased the property through them. She helped me every step of the way, she gave me her contacts, she calmed my nerves, and was always available for me. When it came time to sell the house, we listed it for more than I was expecting, we negotiated good terms and helped me by making the house so cute on the inside and outside. She really went above and beyond and I would recommend her to everyone I know. She deserves this award no doubt!

After finding a house, the closing was delayed due to the house going into probate for the sellers were hiding some grave things and we tried to be patient but more and more lies from the sellers and their realtor, we were tied in a contract that we MUST get out of. We were stuck with everything in storage and needed to find a house asap. She demanded to get us out of the contract and she made a huge stand for us. Finally, after 1 DAY, we found the perfect house. Actually, better than the first one. My wife and I couldn't be happier. She is a great realtor that jumps over obstacles, makes a stand for you, and the searches set up for us, found our perfect place to call home. I don't know where we would be without this awesome person/friend. She jumps over the moon basically for you to ensure you are happy and find the perfect home for all.

My husband and I first met Cameran as she was our selling agent for our condo, Our listing agent was not very motivated , Cameran with her professionalism and hard work got us to the closing table . Cameran has now become my listing agent and we have also purchased a few properties with her , she is a wonderful realtor.
