After finding a house, the closing was delayed due to the house going into probate for the sellers were hiding some grave things and we tried to be patient but more and more lies from the sellers and their realtor, we were tied in a contract that we MUST get out of. We were stuck with everything in storage and needed to find a house asap. She demanded to get us out of the contract and she made a huge stand for us. Finally, after 1 DAY, we found the perfect house. Actually, better than the first one. My wife and I couldn't be happier. She is a great realtor that jumps over obstacles, makes a stand for you, and the searches set up for us, found our perfect place to call home.
