In every case, they have shown the utmost concern for me personally and for the professionalism of the sale or purchase. In this case, I consulted Sharon over a year before putting my house on the market. We are so happy that we had the opportunity to work with Nicole. She was very knowledgeable about the market and provided great insight and feedback. She made the time and effort to be present and on time to all of our home viewings. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and always made the time to be available if we needed to communicate. She walked us through the entire bidding process, and explained to us all the subject matter regarding all the documents that were necessary to sign, which was a huge plus because all the legal language can be quite difficult to understand. She always followed up with all the parties involved like the lender, selling agents, ourselves, escrow, etc. Nicole always treated my family and I with respect, care, and kindness. Even though I know I was not her only client, she certainly made us feel very valued and important. She walked with us every step of the way and ensured that we found our next family home.
