Rental House Sale

I was interested in selling my rental house that had been rented for ten years. i was not interested in updating and preparing the home for the market, and Barbara found an investor to purchase the property as is at a very reasonable price. The home was sold and closed in about ten days. A very fair deal for everyone. My first choice of an agent to call whether I am buying or selling.
