We initially met with Niki several months before our house was put into MLS. During all that time she was in contact with us providing information and resources that we needed to prepare our home for sale. Niki is very professional and had a lot of patience when dealing with this married couple who more often than not had contradictory ideas and timelines for accomplishing this task. She successfully guided us through the selling process by first establishing an excellent initial list price that attracted a good number of interested buyers. And as a result, we went under contract quickly and at a selling price some $35K over asking. After the contract was signed, Niki continued to be the steady hand to keep us informed as the buyers did their due diligence, communicating with the buyer's agent, and providing strong recommendations when issues came up. We are so appreciative of Niki and her professionalism. It is stressful selling a home one has been in for such a long time but Niki did a really excellent job for us!
