Sold my house in hours!

Daniel and his team did an amazing job right from the start. They secured handymen, stagers and painters to get my house ready to sell and sold it the day it went on the market. Daniel was at the house with his team when the handyman came to make repairs, he was there when the designers staged the house and took care of everything so we didn't have to. It was a great relief and help since we were already moving into our new home. We didn't have to lift a finger except to meet and sign for the sale of the house. Thank you Daniel and team for doing a great job and keeping the stress off of us!

Relocating from Hawai’i to Florida

Trying to buy a house during a pandemic is tough enough, doing it from afar even tougher. Dan spent well over an hour with us explaining the local market and determining our priorities. Obviously we could not do the walk through so Dan sent us pictures and videos of the houses we liked. He advised us as to which were good houses and which had issues. The houses he said were good all had offers placed on them quickly. The house we wanted had a pending offer and he kept track of it and when it appeared that offer was falling apart he got our offer in. He spent a lot of time with us discussing the houses and getting us a great house in an awesome location. He also gave us some recommendations for who to use for updates and we were very pleased with the results.

This dude's good.

Dan was immediately on top of every home I sent him, often going to see it in the same day even if I couldn't make it myself. He won't pressure you in to anything and will talk you out of anything that he doesn't think is right for you. He sold me on a house that I wasn't sure of at first. But it appraised for well over purchase price.
