This was our first home that we’ve purchased and Jodi was so helpful to us in our house search. We visited North Carolina in April trying to understand if we want to move here from California. We reached out to Jodi with a request to show us a house which we found on Zillow. We told her that we are just trying to look around and that we haven’t decided anything yet. Jodi was super helpful and understanding. She suggested to show us some more options so we can understand the market better, so she spent more time with us within the next couple of days providing a lot of useful information. No wonder that when we took a final decision to move to NC in a couple of weeks we reached out to Jodi. The market was crazy and she quickly started showing the listings. No substitution for a local highly experienced and connected realtor like Jodi. Negations were moderately challenging and several curve balls came up. My experience as a first-time home buyer, working with Jodi was AMAZING! I love working with great people on important projects, and I love that I was able to work with Jodi on my personal home purchase! My experience began 3 months ago, and Jodi was able to navigate the current crazy housing market to find the perfect home. She was patient, diligent, listened to what I was looking for, and also made great suggestions. Jodi kept in constant contact and gave prompt detailed information. No matter the time of day or what day of the week it was, she was there. Jodi is not only a highly competent, efficient, professional, and effective real estate agent but she also surrounds herself with the same highly competent and efficient team in all aspects of the real estate process. For example, during the home inspection process, Jodi was there through the entire procedure to give details and took care of all the scheduling, etc. The home inspector (Fred Herndon) chosen by Jodi was very detailed oriented with years of experience and outstanding in the handling of the inspection, with an impressive final report. Jodi also worked very well with the home mortgage group UHM (specifically with Teresa) and made the mortgage process go smoothly, without any unexpected surprises! The house was purchased under what it was appraised for, so I am extremely happy that Jodi was able to negotiate a price that was fair and under the appraised amount. As a result of Jodi excellent work ethic and skills, I have already recommended Jodi to a couple of close friends, and they have recently finalized their paperwork on their new home.
