This was our first home that we’ve purchased and Jodi was so helpful to us in our house search. We visited North Carolina in April trying to understand if we want to move here from California. My experience as a first-time home buyer, working with Jodi was AMAZING! I love working with great people on important projects, and I love that I was able to work with Jodi on my personal home purchase! My experience began 3 months ago, and Jodi was able to navigate the current crazy housing market to find the perfect home. She was patient, diligent, listened to what I was looking for, and also made great suggestions. Jodi kept in constant contact and gave prompt detailed information. No matter the time of day or what day of the week it was, she was there. Jodi is not only a highly competent, efficient, professional, and effective real estate agent but she also surrounds herself with the same highly competent and efficient team in all aspects of the real estate process.
