Jodi was our buyer's agent during a recent long-distance move. She helped us through several virtual showings over the summer and we appreciated how forthcoming she was in her opinions about different aspects of each home. She helped us through several offers in this summer's difficult housing market, and finally closing on an ideal home last month. Jodi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the inspection process. We were a little apprehensive about moving in sight unseen, but love the property just as much as we thought we would! This was our first home that we’ve purchased and Jodi was so helpful to us in our house search. We visited North Carolina in April trying to understand if we want to move here from California. We reached out to Jodi with a request to show us a house which we found on Zillow. We told her that we are just trying to look around and that we haven’t decided anything yet. Jodi was super helpful and understanding. She suggested to show us some more options so we can understand the market better, so she spent more time with us within the next couple of days providing a lot of useful information. No wonder that when we took a final decision to move to NC in a couple of weeks we reached out to Jodi. The market was crazy and she quickly started showing the listings. She was flexible enough to do the detailed virtual zoom calls and provided us with the honest feedback about any of the properties that we viewed.
