She was definitely the realtor for us.
My husband and I met Mary while attending an Open house that she was hosting. Although it wasn't the home for us, she was definitely the realtor for us. Mary worked tirelessly for the next year to find us the perfect vacation home. She went above and beyond duty to make the deal go through. We have since been invited to spend time with Mary and her family. I truly believe we not only found the best realtor in Florida, we also found a true lifelong friend. We can't wait to return to our new home and share it with our new friends. I have already recommended Mary to several of our friends who are looking to buy in the Central Florida area. I don't believe that you will find a more knowledgeable, personable and professional realtor than Mary. We are forever grateful.

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional
Mary was a great realtor. She brought us to see many houses we picked out and even showed us ones we weren’t aware of. Mary knew what we were looking for,which wasn’t an easy task but she never gave up and found us our forever home!. You will not be disappointed with Mary she is truly a professional agent who gets the job done!

Oh my goodness, Tony was fantastic! During this crazy real estate market, he made us feel like we were his #1 clients. This was our first time buying an investment property, but he was never pushy. Not only was he always available when we needed him, he always was a step ahead of us with what we needed to know and do. He was very knowledgeable, a great communicator and we trusted his expertise over and over. He knew the right people to get the job done in a timely manner. Tony was our advocate who also became our friend.

Great Experience working with Rick!
Rick Goretski was more than helpful in finding us a townhouse in the Florida market. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Rick was available for final walkthroughs and follow ups with the builder at a moments notice and made our buying experience a breeze!

Erik Krueger was a great fit for us!
We talked to several realtors before choosing Erik. He took us through homes from Hudson to Bradenton. We were amazed at his patience and knowledge of the areas. He let us take the lead on which houses to view and guided us on market conditions and how to bid. We actually only submitted 2 bids, but learned a lot from the first and applied that to the second, which was successful. We’d highly recommend him as a realtor!

Corrine is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional who has been so helpful to us in getting our first home. The entire process of buying a home was complicated with a lot of unknowns going into this for the first time. Luckily I met Corrine who helped me understand everything that was needed for every step of the process. Excellent realtor that I would recommend
We chose Anthony after an introduction from another realtor, as we were relocating from out of state. He was extremely professional and attentive to our needs during the process. Highly recommend if you are looking for a realtor that knows the area, excellent customer service and knowledgeable of the real estate market.

A friend in realty
First introduced to Anthony he made me feel very comfortable, it was more like a family member then a realtor, he did not push anything on us he was there to help us along with purchasing a new home, he made sure that everything was right meaning cross the T's and dot the i , he pointed out stuff in the new homes what to look for which made me feel very comfortable, he always went the extra mile in-service.

Super service!
Arlene and Cheryl very quickly came to our assistance at Solivita and facilitated legal help insurance connections handyman resources and advice during closing that was very savvy. I also stayed in touch after closing which was very much appreciated!
