Where do I begin………..Throughout this entire process of purchasing a home, Rick was there for us. At all times throughout the day he was available and if not, he returned phone calls/emails rather quickly. Rick is not like most realtors who push you into buying even if you aren’t certain. He wants to make sure you are buying your dream home or something along those lines. Rick didn’t feel like my realtor, he felt like a family member or close friend helping you out. You know all those questions you can’t think of because you know nothing about buying a home? Rick knew all the right questions for the title company, inspector, mortgage company, home ins agency, previous owner, etc. This made our experience as first time home buyers, magical. Rick for president!

I had a great experience with Realtor Rick. When I decided I wanted to buy a house a year ago he helped me through the process got me in touch with a great lender and checked in periodically throughout the year until I was finally ready to buy in May. Rick then worked tirelessly trying to get me the best options within my budget and even adjusted my parameters where needed. Overall I am glad I chose Rick to help me find my very first home and will return to his service in the future.

I worked with Rick last year in the midst of the COVID shutdown to purchase a home in Florida. I lived out of state, so many of the showings were virtual through Zoom. Rick was patient with this process and showed me many, many houses. He was very knowledgeable of the different communities within central Florida. We narrowed it down to about 8 houses and I came to Florida to go through each one in person. Rick spent 2 days with me as I finally decided on the home that would be the best fit. He was able to arrange the home inspection while I was still in town, and then continued to follow the process through until closing. It's very stressful to buy a home, and during COVID it was off the charts. But Rick made the process as easy as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Central Florida area.

Rick Goretski was more than helpful in finding us a townhouse in the Florida market. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Rick was available for final walkthroughs and follow ups with the builder at a moments notice and made our buying experience a breeze!

We've used Rick on 4 occasions and will continue to recommend him because of the level of service he provides. Rick is a true professional who: cares about your families needs, listens to what you want, communicates as if you re his only client, knows the area and market conditions..... and is all around one of the best people I know. (That's important when considering the type of person you want to deal with.) Rick has a complete knowledge of the central Florida market and is a professional who works hard to earn your business. Rick also has an immense amount of knowledge when reading contracts and making sure the closing paperwork is correct for you. He really is an advocate for his clients in all aspects. When dealing with the stressful situation of a home purchase, you want someone you know you can trust and that is Rick. I don't think you could do better in the area when considering a Realtor.
