Let’s cut to chase. Not only did Lucy do a great job marketing our home but she got us multiple offers. We ended up settling for an offer $20,000 over asking price. She gave us great advice on changing some decor and explained trends that today’s buyers are looking for. Obviously it payed off. And since it was my first time selling a house I was nervous about the whole ordeal. Lucy made it all clear for me and kept me up to date the whole time. Even answered all my “dumb” questions. I worked with Anita Frank to sell my home, and I couldn't have been more pleased! Shortly after talking with Anita over the phone she met with me at my home.
