He handled the issues that emerged, especially with the car title, with creativity and willingness to dive into related issues, and worked very hard for the sale. David quickly reached out to us after we sent him an email explaining that we were looking to purchase our first home. He set up multiple homes for us to see within a few days of our phone call and he talked us through the entire process of putting an offer in and gave great advice about what to look for in a home. David was always willing to call us when we had questions (even on weekends) and he made the entire process very easy! David was told that because of Covid he wouldn’t be able to be in the room with us when we signed our closing paperwork but he still came and waited outside to congratulate us! We have been in our home for almost five months and we wouldn’t have it without David’s help!
