Anthony recently helped my wife and I for a third time on a transaction. That says it all about his professionalism and our satisfaction. We moved from out of state. With the hot sales market this last deal was all virtual until inspections. Anthony did a great job getting us through the deal. Something else we really like about Anthony is his after sale help. He provided great contacts for contractors (plumber, etc.). We highly recommend Anthony and his team.

Alexis did an excellent job helping me sell a rental property in a month while I was out of the country! She is extremely efficient and effective. She recommended and organized handyman/carpenter/gardener to prepare the house, made it ready for showing, She made the whole process effortless for me while I was out of the country! Any "GOOD" Agent always works incredibly hard for his/her client. This is the work ethic and attention we received from our Agent: Erik Krueger. This was sorely needed, as we were in Texas at the time we began the home buying process, so it was great to have someone, who eventually earned the trust of my wife and I, in Florida to help look out for our investment. Erik was very involved in the home buying process, always offering to make telephone calls or send emails to help resolve any issues we had, or to answer any questions we couldn't get answered on our end. We felt uncomfortable asking him to review paperwork before we signed it, as he proved to be very knowledgeable. He carefully guided us on what to expect every step of the home buying way. Constant communication with us was key and very important. He continues to assist us with any questions we may have, 1+ month after our Closing. We know that we can continue to seek his guidance whenever it's needed. He helped us to feel confident, and we couldn't be happier with our new home! We highly recommend Erik to anyone lucky enough to have him as their Agent, and we're incredibly thankful to my friend, who sought out a great Agent for us in the Tampa Bay area.
