I worked with Rick last year in the midst of the COVID shutdown to purchase a home in Florida. I lived out of state, so many of the showings were virtual through Zoom. Rick was patient with this process and showed me many, many houses. He was very knowledgeable of the different communities within central Florida. We narrowed it down to about 8 houses and I came to Florida to go through each one in person. Rick spent 2 days with me as I finally decided on the home that would be the best fit. He was able to arrange the home inspection while I was still in town, and then continued to follow the process through until closing. It's very stressful to buy a home, and during COVID it was off the charts. But Rick made the process as easy as it could possibly be. We were looking for a buyer's agent to help find us our new home. Since we were moving from out of state, it was important to work with someone familiar with the towns we were interesting in. From his first response to our initial email, Nick was very responsive and clearly answered all of our questions. Throughout the process, Nick kept us regularly informed about houses coming on to the market including finding out about one house while we were looking at another and immediately setting up a showing with the seller's agent. This was complicated by the fact that we were usually out of state but he was very flexible about giving us virtual tours of certain properties. We highly recommend hiring Nick as a buyer's agent. He really earned his commission and we'd happily work with him again.

With the pandemic happening we decided to sell our 2 bedroom condo in Florida. There were no rentals and we had expenses happening.
