I randomly found Anthony through a google search and quickly took a liking to him as he was available and accommodating to my schedule...not to mention his affinity for The Grateful Dead which can only mean good things. Throughout my entire house-hunting experience, and believe me it was a long one, Anthony was available, communicative and helpful. Where do I begin………..Throughout this entire process of purchasing a home, Rick was there for us. At all times throughout the day he was available and if not, he returned phone calls/emails rather quickly. Rick is not like most realtors who push you into buying even if you aren’t certain. He wants to make sure you are buying your dream home or something along those lines. Rick didn’t feel like my realtor, he felt like a family member or close friend helping you out. You know all those questions you can’t think of because you know nothing about buying a home? Rick knew all the right questions for the title company, inspector, mortgage company, home ins agency, previous owner, etc. This made our experience as first time home buyers, magical.
