My husband and I met Mary while attending an Open house that she was hosting. Although it wasn't the home for us, she was definitely the realtor for us. Mary worked tirelessly for the next year to find us the perfect vacation home. She went above and beyond duty to make the deal go through. We have since been invited to spend time with Mary and her family. I truly believe we not only found the best realtor in Florida, we also found a true lifelong friend. Oh my goodness, Tony was fantastic! During this crazy real estate market, he made us feel like we were his #1 clients. This was our first time buying an investment property, but he was never pushy. Not only was he always available when we needed him, he always was a step ahead of us with what we needed to know and do. We talked to several realtors before choosing Erik. He took us through homes from Hudson to Bradenton. We were amazed at his patience and knowledge of the areas. He let us take the lead on which houses to view and guided us on market conditions and how to bid. We actually only submitted 2 bids, but learned a lot from the first and applied that to the second, which was successful. We’d highly recommend him as a realtor!
