Makes the process easy

Josh is a great realtor who I had the pleasure of working with. I have worked with other realtors in the past and I have never felt more supported than I did with Josh. He took the time to understand my needs and wants in a home and made the search more personalized to me. When he showed me houses he was looking very critically and showed me things I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. He was truly on my side and in the end I found the perfect home for me. Incredibly knowledgeable, honest and detail oriented, very organized and punctual with all deadlines

Joshua helped me look for a home during the week that lands between the Christmas and new year. He was incredibly responsive to all inquiries and adjusted to all the options I was able to gather and send him. He provided confirmation on all the units we were going to visit. He went above and beyond to lend a weekend to view properties that were marked as potentials. Upon every house tour we gather our thoughts and he took In all my information regarding every property we viewed. He was incredibly knowledgeable on every property we visited and helped point out pros and cons based in the information I had provided for what I wanted in my first home. He was incredibly diligent with communication and paperwork needed to keep the process going. He became a safe space for me to be able to brainstorm and comb through the properties. During our offer stage he was incredibly detailed with the plan that we would Follow and was able to provide insight in how the offers would go while allowing me to comfortably rely on him during negotiations. He was able to answer every question I had and get the information I needed. He was impeccable at closing making the process as easy as could Be for a first time home buyer. Would highly recommend

would recommend to anyone buying or selling!

Josh was amazing to work with. He helped us close in the exact time frame of what we were looking for when buying our first home! He took the initiative and looked over every home before we even got there for walk throughs and recommended inspections that saved us tens of thousands in the long run. If a house had any issues, he was extremely honest about it and wasn't just there for a sale. would recommend josh to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Excellent!

I moved down to St. Petersburg from the DC area in January 2026. Josh came highly recommended from several friends who had used him as their agent when they moved to the area. He helped me with my first ever home purchase and I’m so glad I had him in my corner. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from 1000 miles away is another story. Josh helped me every step of the way, even going above and beyond to tour properties, send me videos, and share his advice. He guided me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. As long as Josh is in real estate, I won’t use anyone else.
