Joshua helped me look for a home during the week that lands between the Christmas and new year. He was incredibly responsive to all inquiries and adjusted to all the options I was able to gather and send him. He provided confirmation on all the units we were going to visit. He went above and beyond to lend a weekend to view properties that were marked as potentials. Upon every house tour we gather our thoughts and he took In all my information regarding every property we viewed. He was incredibly knowledgeable on every property we visited and helped point out pros and cons based in the information I had provided for what I wanted in my first home. He was incredibly diligent with communication and paperwork needed to keep the process going. He became a safe space for me to be able to brainstorm and comb through the properties.
