We started working with Jason a few years ago through a referral from close friends of ours. From the moment we met Jason, he was always an optimist, keeping that hope alive of finding a home for our family while always being very open and honest about the realities of the housing market. We always felt informed and educated, never out of the loop. Not only is Jason extremely good at his job but he's also just a great person. We have two kids and he always made a point to acknowledge and engage with them. We had many conversations with Jason outside of the typical home search talk. He is very friendly and easy to talk to about anything. I think having a realtor like Jason is important especially when looking at a time like this when the housing market is crazy. He is honest, yet very positive throughout the whole process. We truly appreciate all of the sacrifices Jason made for us and for sticking it out with us while we found our home! She was always Encouraging when we were discouraged with the lack of housing and soaring prices.
