Karla and I began working together through a strong recommendation from my loan officer, and I've been nothing but impressed through the whole process. I most appreciated how she invested in growing my knowledge as a home buyer. Early on, Karla provided me a wide variety of recommendations, trying to get to know me and to have us both figure out what is really important to me in a home. I discovered that a lot of my "dealbreakers" for homes weren't hard and fast, and the home that I happily landed on even broke a few of my early "must-haves." During our house tours, I really appreciated how transparent our conversations were. The fact that Karla has her builder's license gave me a lot of confidence in trusting that her recommendations were grounded in actual experience. The closing of my actual home went excellently! I was able to justify to her things that I thought made it a good investment, and also explain all of the concerns I had. It ended up being a lot more strategic than the blunt force bidding wars I'd come to expect from the market, and me being able to navigate it was due to all of the knowledge she'd shared with me.
