I was referred to Tracie by a mutual friend and was very pleased with the result. Tracie was extremely helpful, immediately educating us older folks on the whole process of selling our home. During the months-long process, she kept in touch with updates on market conditions, referrals for various required services and prepping to “stage” the house. As we neared the list date, she was extremely helpful and reassuring, guiding us thru showings and the open house. We ended with a successful sale brought to conclusion by Tracie’s diligence and persistence.
